Non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to: i. Store, access and use the Product solely for its own noncommercial internal purposes; ii. create Derivatives of the Product and store, access and use those Derivatives solely for its own noncommercial internal purposes; and iii. with a prior written approval of ICEYE, publish the Product and Derivatives in accordance with the instructions of ICEYE. Plus: non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Product for internal educational purposes in a research facility, classroom or other educational institution or teaching or research- related environment.
